About Us

We are a family run ranch rooted in Knoxville, Tennessee. Marcos and Nevin Alonso are the owners, both bring years of hands on cattle experience and a B.S. in Animal Science from Texas A&M. Our family handles all of the daily work on the ranch, and we are honored to bring premium Black Angus beef to your table at a fair price.

Our Healthy Herd

Our herd is built on premium Black Angus genetics. Our cattle graze on pastures that we keep pesticide-free and supplement with grain as part of a balanced feeding program. Our cattle are blessed with a low stress environment and are treated with the utmost care and respect. We farm with care for the land, keeping regenerative practices in mind. Healthy soil, water, and animals matter to us and we are proud to be able to offer you a product that is not only delicious but also good for the planet.

What We Sell

We don't believe in substitutes for quality, so our availbility is limited for now. To keep things fair for neighbors and returning customers, we currently cap each order at 60 pounds of beef. That way more families can try our beef while quality and regenerative practices stay consistent. Our price sheet lists our standard cuts and bundles, but we can absolutely customize a bundle that best fits your needs.

Pickup & Delivery

We do not currently ship beef, but we are happy to deliver to the Knoxville, Tennessee area. When you order, we will work out the best place and time to fulfill your order. Our family members all have full time jobs so scheudling in advance is appreciated!
