Please note the following information about our ordering process:
Orders are typically ready within two weeks of the harvest date. All beef is processed in a USDA-inspected facility, and we fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pre-ordering is recommended, since bundle quantities are limited. Bundle weights are estimated, but we guarantee the total retail value will meet or exceed your purchase price.
No deposit is required; payment is due at pickup. All sales are final upon delivery. All prices are subject to change based on the current market price of beef.
